MVSA Junior Olympic Volleyball Club 2010 Fee Schedule
MVSA Volleyball fees are all inclusive and reasonable, providing an exceptional value for the money compared to any club in the USAV Chesapeake Region. MVSA coaches are all volunteers, not compensated. MVSA Volleyball also keep costs down and provides more tournament play by hosting many tournaments to benefit our teams. Team fees cover only the regular season. Teams that choose to attend post season tournaments, additional overnight tournaments beyond their budget, and 12’s teams choosing to attend the East Coast Championship or Happy Volley in State College fund raise individually to cover their additional expenses. Parents or guardians are responsible for player transportation to and from all practices and tournaments. Players provide all of their own meals except for the meals provided at the East Coast Championships or Happy Volley in State College . The following is a list of the things covered by your team fee:
- Uniform (one pair shorts and two shirts)
- All tournament entry fees (9 – 12 events depending on age group)
- Practice gym rental
- Specialty clinics and team skill training
- Lodging for players, coaches and chaperones – one to five nights (depends on age group)
- Room and board for players, coaches, and chaperones at the East Coast Championships
- Equipment and supplies – balls, carts, nets, etc.
- Program Administration – mailing, website, coach training and out-of-pocket expenses, publicity and copies, club insurance, etc
