Steve is in his 7th year coaching MVSA U11 Chaos. He has been coaching MVSA Club and Recreational League volleyball for over 11 years. Steve was assistant coach of the Northwest High School varsity team in 2006 and 2007.

Vortex 12, 12 and Under Coaching Coordinator

Coach of a 2019 MVSA 12s team. He is in his 16th season with MVSA. Dave played college volleyball for Cornell University and competed at the A/AA level in USAV for 10 years. In 2008, 2012, 2014, 2015 & 2016 Dave led his team to a Chesapeake Regional Championship and the Junior National Championships in 2008, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018. In 2009, Dave took on the position of Head coach at The Academy of Holy Cross High School.

Coach of a 2019 MVSA 13s team. Skip has helped lead his teams to six Junior National Championships appearances (2006, 2007, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016). He currently serves as MVSA Tournament Coordinator and College Recruiting Advisor. Skip is a USAV Regional Certified Scorekeeper and an NFHS referee and is a past recipient of CHRVA's Robert L. Lindsay Meritorious Award for service to the Region.

Coach of a 2019 MVSA 13s team.  Skip has significant coaching experience in MVSA having coached for several years. In 2016, 2017 and 2018 his team won the CHRVA 13s Club Regional Championships (Gold Division). He also is the CHRVA New Club Coordinator and has served on the CHRVA Board in previous years.

Coach of a 2019 MVSA 14s team.  Ron has been coaching for MVSA for the past 24 years and has led 7 teams to Chesapeake Regional Championships. Competed in the Junior National Championships in 1999, 2004, 2006, 2007, 2011, 2013 and 2017 at the 14 & under age group. In 2012 he led his team to a 5th place finish at the AAU 14s National Tournament Classic Division. In 2017 his team won the American Division of the NEQ held in Philadelphia.

Coach of a 2019 MVSA 14s team.  Andria has coached 12s, 13s, 14s, 15s and 16s MVSA teams in the past. This is Andria's 10th year as head coach and 16th year coaching MVSA. In 2016 and 2017 her team won the CHRVA 14s Club Regional Championships (Gold Division).  Andria also plays for a USA Volleyball Womens team and is a USA Volleyball Certified Regional Scorekeeper.

Coach of a 2019 MVSA 14s team.  Scott has coached 12s, 13s and 14s MVSA teams in the past. This is Scott's 12th year as head coach and 16th year coaching MVSA. He serves the region as the CHRVA Regional coordinator for 12s, 13s, & 14s and received CHRVA's Robert L. Lindsay Meritorious Award for service to the Region.  Scott is also a certified Referee for the NCABVO.

Coach of a 2019 MVSA 15s team. Has coached with MVSA for 26 years. His teams have earned berths at USAV Juniors National Championships 8 times, most recently in 2017.  Roger is the MVSA Club Commissioner and has served in numerous Region capacities.

Coach of a 2019 MVSA 15s team. Dado has been coaching MVSA Club and Recreational League volleyball for 14 years. She is currently the asst coach at Holy Cross and the Director of Junior Programs for the CHRVA region.

Coach of a 2019 MVSA 16s team. Cindy has been head coach for the Churchill HS varsity girls team for the past eight years and is also the assistant coach of the Churchill COED team who won the county championship in 2018. Cindy has coached 12s, 13s, and 16s for MVSA over an 11 year period. She is also active with boys as the CHRVA regional director for boys programs and has also coached boys teams within the region.

Fusion 16

This is Kassondra’s 3rd season as a head coach for MVSA. She has 5 seasons of coaching experience at the recreational level teams, and has been the assistant coach for two MVSA club teams. Kassondra has worked coaching junior varsity and varsity players one on one, at various skill clinics, and in Gold Medal Squared techniques. She played varsity volleyball at Seneca Valley High School and Linganore High School. She received an athletic/academic scholarship to Bowie State University in the 2010-2011 school year, where she played volleyball, and earned all rookie and all conference honors. Kassondra then transferred to Frostburg State University and continued to play for one season, earning an all tournament nod at NYU in 2012. She is currently the varsity coach at Whitman HS.

Juan is in his 3rd year of coaching since joining MVSA and his 2nd year as head coach after 2 years of coaching club volleyball previously.  Juan is also the head coach of the Northwestern High School varsity volleyball team since 2015.

Coach of a 2019 MVSA 17s team. His volleyball background includes conducting VB clinics, camps and coaching at MVSA where he led numerous MVSA teams to USAV JO National Championship tournaments. Most recently, in 2016 his team earned a bid to the USAV JO National Championships. He is coaching his 25th season.

Coach of a 2019 MVSA 17s team.  This is Dan’s 12th year coaching for MVSA.  He has coached 15s, 16s and 17s and assisted with 13s and 14s.  In 2012 he was the assistant coach for the 14s that finished 5th place at the AAU 14s National Tournament Classic Division in Orlando FL.
